I am an old dog I guess. I do not like when someone changes things for me without asking and WordPress just did that.

They changed the display of how I write blog posts. They changed it to a funky block thingamajiggy. Yep, I don’t know if that is a word or not but the block thing that WordPress did makes no sense at all.

So I tried to use it and I tried liking it but it just wasn’t happening. So tonight I figured out how to get rid of it.

For you fellow bloggers if you like the block thingamajiggy then you are one in a million! Most bloggers hate it.

For those of you like me and if you want to throw up when you see it, I am going to tell you how to get rid of it.

First, install the plugin disable Gutenberg. Activate that and install the Classic editor and activate that. Then go to your settings and tap writing. There will be a list of things coming up at that time and one of the things is a classic editor and block editor. Just choose the classic editor and you will be back to normal.
