I have been favored by God to be the recipient of miracles, some which have been huge but many which have been tiny. When I was a little girl I was healed from a deadly disease which, if it didn’t kill me, was supposed to leave me a vegetable. (Guess you can kind of tell that neither one of those things happened)
I have also been healed from panic attacks.
My car has been redirected off of the road by angels instead of getting smashed in a wreck.
I have survived family court, just barely, but I am still breathing. Lol
There are so many things that God has done on my behalf it truly humbles me. There are huge miracles that He has performed in my life, but it is the tiny ones that melt my heart.
Yesterday there was another tiny miracle. While at the lake my boyfriend had called my son to see if he wanted to drive out there to spend some time with us.
My son is very popular and had stayed the night at a friend’s house. We hadn’t heard from him and we decided we were going to walk down to the lake and get on our floats.
Except every time we started walking down to the lake I remembered something else I needed to get from our camp site. After turning around several times one of our friends on shore joked and said that she thought we were never gonna make it to the lake. Silly girl, after that I was determined! I was gonna make it to that lake one way or another!
Finally, we made one last jaunt to the lake and my boyfriend received a call from my son and they worked out the details for the meet up. As we were nearing the lake my boyfriend said that if my son had waited one more minute he wouldn’t have got the call. I was thinking if I hadn’t made those many little trips back to the camp site we wouldn’t have gotten the call either.
This son is my youngest and is going to go to college in the fall so each and every moment I can spend with him is cherished. Knowing this I felt like the timing of the call and getting to spend even a small amount of time with him yesterday was in fact, a tiny miracle.
Has God performed miracles in your life? Are they tiny or huge? If you want, you can leave a comment and testify as to the miracles that have happened in your life.
