PEACE OF MIND

My husband and I decided to split up when my children were one, three and five years of age. I got a job working thirty-two hours on the weekend at a nursing home. I didn’t miss my husband but I did miss having my peace of mind.

Working that much within a two-day span left me little energy for the beginning of the week. I had to stay awake because I needed to make sure my kids were safe and watching safe programs on our television. How I wish I could have afforded a nanny.

The other day I was looking at Amazon and I saw a wonderful program for parents. Amazon has launched a program which gives you access to kid-friendly books, movies, education apps, games, and TV shows.

The best thing about it is that it is affordable!

The system also allows you to set parental controls.

Amazon FreeTime Unlimited is available on Fire, Android, iOS, Kindle, and compatible Echo devices. One subscription works for all devices.

The program is divided into different age groups even. From three-five, six-eight and nine-twelve.

This is almost better than having a nanny!

If this had been available when my children were young I doubt it would have taken me eighteen years to write The Shattered Vase.https://store.bookbaby.com/book/The-Shattered-Vase Just saying!
