I am aghast. The Golden Globes are actually running again. So now I have to weed through all of the red carpet stories to get to the actual news.

Gads, I am so sick of Hollywood and their award shows. These people are overpaid, narcissistic egomaniacs and instead of sitting them in a forever time out and telling them to grow up we reward them. Well, maybe we don’t but they sure are good at rewarding themselves.

I never watch the award shows and seldom have my television on at all. I don’t find it a very thought provoking activity.

The fact that the most self congratulatory segment of society gets rewarded for not being themselves is ironic in my view.  Maybe if they would just be themselves for once they wouldn’t think they were so great. lol
