HOPE

When I was writing The Shattered Vase I characterized Hope as a person. The following excerpt from The Shattered Vase is the reader’s introduction to Hope.

THE SUNRISE KNOCKED WITH IMPATIENCE AT HOPE’S WINDOW.
Concerned for her friend Suzie, Hope had wrestled with sleep, losing the
match to insomnia. As she struggled to wake up, she had an unsettled
feeling. Should she call Suzie? No, she would drive over to her house. It
wasn’t that far.
As Hope started her car, she began to panic. Something bad had
happened. She was sure of it. She could feel it in her gut. She had to get
to Suzie, and it had better be fast.

The Shattered Vase is a fictional story about a single mother who is thrust into spiritual warfare. Throughout the book there are lessons of wisdom for other single parents. The book keeps you on the edge of your seat as the life of Suzie hangs in the balance.
