I have recently seen The Son of God movie and I hate to admit I was not impressed. I think it was made with the best intentions but I didn’t feel like it would save any lost sheep from jumping off of the cliff.

I met a friend last night in a nearby suburb and we had dinner together and then decided to go see the movie, “God is Not Dead.”

It was thought provoking and well crafted with several different subplots woven together.

This was a movie which I would feel more than comfortable taking a nonbeliever to. It didn’t shove religion down your throat it used a different approach.

It assumed the audience could think and think deeply.

Throughout the movie the assertions of several brilliant thinkers, who were also atheists, were examined.

The intellectual debate was outstanding and persuasive. I would encourage everyone to see this movie and invite someone who is an atheist or is struggling with their faith. It is powerful and though provoking.
