I know this is a “first world” problem. I am not asking for sympathy. But has anyone else ever been outdone by all of the treats that your kids accumulate due to different holidays?
I remember finding Halloween candy in my children’s drawers close to a year after Halloween. Then there were the Easter baskets and all the yummies associated with Thanksgiving and Christmas. It was a good way to keep my dentist in business but it didn’t do much to help me out.
When my children got older I started filling their Easter baskets with less candy and more necessities such as lotion, shampoo and various other supplies.

That is the reason I placed the ad for Easter Alternatives on the sidebar of my blog. This ad gives you alternatives to cavities and a high sugar rush.
