Don’t you dare ignore a child who keeps showing up with bruises and an occasional black eye. You need to aware of the signs of child abuse and intervene to stop it.
Don’t you dare imply that the child wanted it if they claim they were sexually molested. Nobody wants to be molested.
Don’t you dare ignore that kid who is bullying the one who is cowering in the corner. Humiliate the bully. Bullies deserve to be humiliated other kids don’t.
Don’t you dare push a woman out of the church because she has divorced your favorite elder for domestic violence.
Don’t you dare cover up for an authority, whether it be a coach or a priest, for abusing a child’s innocence and stealing their virginity.
Don’t you dare imply that a woman wanted to be raped. Rape is a violent act. Sex is supposed to be based on love not violence.
Don’t you dare allow that sweet dog to get kicked without taking the jerk’s leg off who did the kicking. It is my belief that they are God’s furry angels, as are all animals.
Don’t you dare turn your head and walk away when you see that executive sneer at the homeless man he just passed by. Do me a favor and trip him instead.
Don’t you dare glare at the mother who is trying desperately to shush her child who is screaming because of autism. See instead if there is something you could possibly do to distract the child.
Don’t you dare take that wounded warrior parking place just because you have a party of twenty coming over and you need some more wine. Why don’t you instead make your party drink water and give the money for the wine to an organization which actually assists wounded warriors?
Don’t you dare let that door slam in the face of that person who is in a wheelchair. You have an arm, open it for them and ask them if there is anything you can do to help them.
Don’t you dare discount those who others do because they may someday discount you and if you ask me you deserve it. They never did.
If you ignore or discredit others who are being abused you add to the abuse. So stop ignoring abuse and do something about it!
