Judge Jeanine Howard must have lost her freaking mind.

She recently heard a case where a 14-year old girl was raped by a classmate at school. This happened to be the Booker T Washington Arts Magnet school no less.

The classmate who raped her was Sir Young who was 18 years old. He plead guilty to the charges of rape.

The girl had told him “No” and also “Stop” and she had said all she had wanted to do was kiss. That is a bit different than sex and a whole lot more different than rape.

Judge Howard said that the girl was not a victim. She said she was not a virgin and she had had several sexual partners and had even had a baby. Well, if the girl had had a baby that had slipped by the radar of her own mother because her mother said she had never had a baby.

Normally in a case of rape such as this the maximum sentence can be 20 years in jail. Well, that didn’t happen in Mr. Young’s case.

He got 45 days in jail and he will also have to spend the anniversary of the rape in jail for five years. (Can you hear my violin playing yet?) If he complies with these conditions he will get this offense wiped off of his record.

The insanity of Judge Howard does not stop there. She initially ordered Mr. Young to do 250 hours of community service at a rape crisis center in Dallas. They refused the offer of his help. (At least somebody has their head on right in Dallas).

The judge said that she never intended him to work with rape victims she just intended him to mop floors, mow the lawn or cook. In other words she was fine with putting someone who clearly had a problem with sexual violence right among those who had been victims of said violence. (If you are insane this may make sense to you. Thank God I am not and it sounds all kind of crazy to me.)

Mr. Young does not have to stay away from children, attend sex offender treatment, undergo a sex offender evaluation or refrain from watching pornography. He also did not have to take a polygraph test but Judge Howard may need to because apparently she has spread a blatant lie about the girl having had a baby.

I have a lot of words going through my mind regarding this judgement but justice is not among the select list.

But I said a judge raped a 14 year old girl in the title of this blog post and clearly that is a lie isn’t it? Not so much, I believe that Sir Young raped this 14 year old girl’s body but Judge Howard perpetrated the rape of her heart and soul in court with a clear lack of sane judgement.

The scariest part of this story is that Judge Howard is uncontested in her bid for reelection in November.
