A HEALTHY SALT?

If you are a chef or a parent who is trying to get your children to eat more foods try spicing them up a bit. If your kids don’t like spices I bet they like salt on most things. Don’t we all?

If your children like salt on their french fries try using Himalayan salt instead of the salt you can buy at the grocery store.

What is Himalayan salt?

It is a pure form of salt which contains 84 trace minerals.

Normally this salt is very expensive and that is why it is not in my pantry. I wanted some when I read about it on the blog, Domestic Geek Girl, but my pockets were not that deep.

So I just pushed that thought right out of my mind until this morning when I was going through my affiliate program looking for more companies to advertise for. I found a company who not only sells Himalayan salt for cheap but also has spices and coffee for a bargain. Talk about finding a treasure!

The benefits of Himalayan salt are that it is free of toxins and chemicals. According to the website, www.globalhealingcenter.com further benefits include;
