This is just a trial post to see if my email to subscriber plugin is working like it should. If you are a new follower, please be patient. I will get back to my writing soon. I have had one snafu after another with my blog this year and it is trying my patience.
However, I have enjoyed the conversations I have had with the people who work at Hostgator and WordPress live. We have collaborated on many issues that this blog has presented to us.
In the midst of this battle I have sensed a change within me. I have not cussed anyone out. I have not gotten angry. I merely rise to the challenge before me. My wise son who just graduated from engineering college counseled me about my reaction to stress one day.
He said, “I don’t mean to offend you Mom, but when you don’t understand something you get very angry and then you cry. Neither one of those reactions is conducive to solving the problem.” Those words of wisdom have been life changing for me.
In addition to that, I feel the Holy Spirit working on my reaction behavior. As it says in James 1:2-4 2 Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters,[a] whenever you face trials of many kinds, 3 because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. 4 Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.
I sincerely intended to pen a short note when I started this email, but it seemed as if the occasion presented itself for me to share a bit more.
