HALT! I heard the leader of my Bible Study throw this word out as an acronym for choosing when to make decisions.

I asked him to explain it. He said that H stood for hungry, A stood for angry, L was for lonely and T was for tired.

He said we shouldn’t make any decisions if we were hungry, angry, lonely or tired.

I thought that was really good and I wanted to pass it along to you but being that I am a blogger I have to add my two cents.

So here it goes… do NOT make decisions when you are:

Hungry or hurt,
Angry or anxious
Lonely or in lust
Tired or being tempted.

There now that I got all of you straightened out I am going to go to the gym and try my hardest to get hungry and tired. lol
