Anyone who uses gasoline knows that we as a nation would be much better off if we had energy independence. We wouldn’t have to worry about the middle east and all of their chaos. We would have more money for our own country to establish a suitable educational system and good infrastructure.
The Keystone pipeline is estimated to transport over 830,000 barrels of oil a day to the Gulf port of Texas. My gosh, that would more than make us independent of foreign oil wouldn’t it?
In fact that is what a reporter for the New York Post recently asserted in an article that she wrote. Problem was she didn’t do her research.
The facts are that the Keystone pipeline oil will be exported in large part.
The reason why they are placing the end of the pipeline in Port Arthur, Texas is because they don’t have to pay any taxes if they export out of that port.
If you want to find the facts out about Keystone pipeline check out the website entitled Key facts on Keystone XL.
And if anyone personally knows Diane Francis of the New York Post tell her to check her facts before she writes an article. It is an embarrassment for those of us who are serious writers to have someone base a story on a lie and get published.
Thank you for your comment. It is always good to have an intelligent audience who gives me valued feedback. I will check with my local following to see if they are having the same problem. Once again, thank you so much. I value your feedback more than I can express in words.
